We do our best to resolve any issues and make you happy with our products. Still, sometimes things don't work out. We'll refund the full amount of your purchase under the following conditions:
- Money back guarantee applies only to one-time license payments, upgrades and yearly subscriptions, not to recurring monthly subscriptions.
- We might ask for a chance to resolve the issue before refunding the purchase. But the decision to take this or not is completely up to you.
- We can only process refunds for orders within 30 days of the purchase date.
- You agree to immediately stop using refunded products or services.
