Disable component scan on project load
The setting Components -> Auto reload on project refresh and load now toggles the initial component scan when the project is loaded. This is useful for larger projects that do not use components and master pages.
Prevent WordPress 6.4 breaking the editing of your custom blocks
WordPress 6.4 will break editing of all custom blocks created with Pinegrow. To prevent that, install a simple WordPress plugin on every site that uses these blocks and then – when convenient – re-export projects with this release.
PG_Blocks helper update
PG_Blocks helper that is used in dynamic and hybrid WordPress was updated to a new version PG_Blocks_v2. The versioning is done to avoid conflicts if themes and plugins with different versions are used on the same site.
Normally, these helpers are used internally by Pinegrow and there is nothing for you to do. But, if you use the helpers in your custom PHP code, you will have to update the class references in the code. Pinegrow will warn you on export if older references are found in the code.
Use block attributes in WooCommerce Show Categories action
The range parameter now accepts @block:attribute notation so that the number of displayed categories can be controlled with block attributes.
Bug fixes
- Pinegrow WordPress plugin now exports the theme screenshot.
- Customizer field smart action now correctly handles up to five fields.
- WordPress export no longer fails is some resources are missing.
